A wine born from a dream of winemaking — the dream of its creator and winemaker, Fabrizio Dionisio, who produces wines exclusively from Syrah in the land of Cortona, Tuscany.
The perfectly timed harvest of fully ripe grapes allows the wine to be made using only native yeasts, giving it a unique personality. Ageing in oak barrels then provides the right level of maturation.
The result is a unique and special wine: powerful yet harmonious, highly drinkable, fresh, and elegantly structured.
On the nose, it is full, sweetly fruity and intense, with vegetal and lightly balsamic notes. On the palate, it manages to be both powerful and elegant in a way only this wine can be: enveloping, rich, intense and persistent. Its light tannic touch brings freshness to the sip. It pairs beautifully with red meats, although a glass shared in good company is enough to tell its wonderful story.
